There Are Many Factors Which Makes A Website Sell
Maybe your website doesn't uses adsense but still if it's generate significant amount of traffic then surely you will get buyers but you need to attach all the screenshots of google analytic which gives an idea to the buyer about what kind of traffic you are getting.
The member also mentioned that the website was generating around 25$ in revenue from chitika ads which is a good signal that this website has good potential as if it's used by using adsense the profit might get as high as 100$ per month.
Your domain authority (MOZ DA), Good pagerank and audience location also improves the chance of getting a sell because you have added more metrics to your listing.
IF you are selling a website with no adsense account currently do mention why you are not using adsense and give them the real reason of it like you don't have an approved adsense account or you have banned with adsense.

Why stick with just one marketplace you can sell your website using various other platform such as Sedo and, Godaddy auction even though sedo and godaddy are more vocused on domain name selling but they also provide good analytics tool for a small fee.
In my opinion Sedo would be the best network to sell your website other than flippa.
